When you work with PAS you get our full support whether it comes to helping you decide the right clothing options, the printing and embroidering patterns that will suit your requirement the most, the types of materials required, and even the color of your textile material.
Once you decide to work with us you get our full support. In fact, all through Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, aside from our printing and embroidering services, we are well known for our excellent support too.
Our well-trained designers and printers can take on any design from you and represent it on to the cloth of your choice including T-shirts, polo shirts, sweaters, caps, jackets and trousers.
Which file format should you use?
Primarily there are 2 file formats that we use here at PAS, namely
- Vector files
- Bitmap files
Vector files are ideal because they can be easily scaled up and down without distorting them and without losing quality. The blank areas in slanted lines are filled to avoid distortions. They are mostly prepared in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe FreeHand or CorelDraw. At PAS we mostly prefer Adobe Illustrator files saved as EPS or PDF. Please make sure that the fonts used in your art work are converted into letter contours before you send the files and if you are unable to do so please send the fonts separately so that we can adjust them.
Bitmap files are good for photographs and art work that doesn't require being adjusted but otherwise for logos and text they are not good. The gaps in slanted lines are not filled and since most of the art work is made up of pixels it might appear grainy even at the slightest change. If you have to send us photographs please make sure that you give them as Photoshop PSD or TIF files and don't use compression; the resolution must be at least 300 lines per inch.
How to deliver your files
Of course the best option is sending us a CD containing your artwork because this minimizes the chances of errors. The other option is sending us the file as an e-mail attachment but please make sure the size of the file does not exceed 4 MB. We also have the FTP option (you can upload the file onto our FTP server) and the maximum size of the file(s) must be less than or equal to 120 MB. Please contact us for the FTP login details.
How to track your order
Every order has a unique order number so it is very easy to track your order. When we start your work you are given an order number. Simply call us and mention your number to one of our representatives and we will immediately let you know the status of your order.
